Victoria has always had a deep rooted love of sewing and adores dogs. At the end of 2011 she started experimenting with the idea of intertwining the two and found the perfect combination in making Scottie dog shaped cushions. Scatterbobs was then founded in 2012.

Each cushion is hand crafted using materials that are up-cycled from charity shops, and the internet. The fabrics are chosen carefully and only pure wool or natural materials are used. The filling is alpaca fleece which is sourced locally from a husband and wife team who keep alpacas. The fleece cannot be used for other purposes but is perfect for creating warm, comforting, luxurious cushions.

Each cushion is different as the sourcing of material means that every dog has it's own bespoke fabric and adornments.

Victoria finds producing cushions from pre-loved fabrics and revitalising them into a unique welcome addition to any home not only worthwhile and exciting but also a valuable way of reducing waste.

Lovingly creating her Scotty Dog characters is Victoria’s way of unwinding after a hectic day working for the NHS.
