This crochet hat is designed and made by Little Bell Yarncrafts. The materials used create a lightweight, open worked, textured accessory. Luxury ribbon yarn enhances the design both in the hat and the flower feature on the side.
Size - one size, adult.
Care instructions - Hand wash only
Hand wash with care, dry flat, warm iron. Do not tumble dry.

In the case of all natural fibres, yarns and wools please note that some fluffing, bobbling or moulting may occur. This is perfectly natural. Remove any bobbles or fluff with a small pair of scissors or a de-fuzzer.

For items in stock, dispatch will normally be within 3-5 working days, which constitutes standard delivery. However, please note that many of our artisan made products are made to order and as such can take up to 3 weeks before dispatch. We will let you know the estimated finished product date at the time of your order or enquiry. You will then be notified on the day the item is dispatched, of the courier service details.
In the event you order a personalised or bespoke service the item will be created with care by the artisan using their artistic interpretation of your instructions. As the final item will often be a unique one off piece there can be no returns unless the item is faulty in which case it must be returned with a written note highlighting the fault, to the sender within 7 days in the same condition you received it using the packaging in which it arrived. Any problems with the item should be reported via email to us to allow liaison to take place with the artisan. If the fault cannot be rectified then a refund will be arranged.
The final product will be non returnable unless there is a fault with the item, in which case the item should be returned in the same condition you received it within 7 days and in its original packaging.
If you choose to place an order for a personalised or bespoke service you accept that the artisan's product will be their artistic interpretation and design based on the information you give and cannot be returned unless faulty.
